"ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I could give ZERO stars I most definitely would! My boyfriend and I came in to get his haircut as well as our sons. Upon arrival ABSOLUTELY NO ONE greeted us, we made eye contact with workers in the back and they continued to act like we had not just walked in. Next another customer walked in and checked in way AFTER us and they proceeded to sit him down first. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to ANYONE!! Save your money and go to another barber, for sure!"

"This was my second visit for a hair cut. On both occasions I was served by Tina. I got a terrific hair cut from a stylist who knows how to work with curly hair—because she also has a curly head of hair. I’ll keep going to Sports Cuts for as long as Tina is there."

"My husband and sons have been coming here for 2 1/2 years, and have always been happy with their cuts. My son got his hair cut this weekend, though, and it just looked off to me. A 3 on the sides and scissor cut on top - I couldn’t tell if it was combed wrong or...what. After a day or two, I sent a FB message to the shop, and got a response immediately, inviting me to come back. I brought my son back tonight, and oh my goodness, Jessica did an amazing job. Whatever fading and blending she did made all the difference. I was very impressed at how professionally this was handled. From the quick response on fb to the final cut, everyone was a great balance of polite and friendly. My biggest praise, of course, goes to Jessica. Thank you!"

"Horrible customer service experience and no effort on the employees / assistant manager to “make it right”....I would score 0/5 if I could. My husband and son have been going to Sport Clips for 7 years and won’t be going back to this location ever again. Unsure if they are owned by the same independent owner but make the extra 10 min drive to the Sports Clips on 242."
